We need to version data-chan

I suggest adding a SYNCRONOUS command (since this is a very very basic function) in the MCU to return the library version, and then the following host commands:

• get device version
• get host version

The version should be specified in in the makefile env variables

Also.... A command to retrieve the git hash sound be in place.
