No Audio Output Pins

Hi @FigBug,

I just compiled SID on Manjaro and opend it as LV2 and VST in JUCE AudioPluginHost and Reaper. Unfortunately I was not able to get any sound out of the SID plugin, because it didn't had any audio output channels exposed to the host.

In the CMakeMakeList.txt I found JucePlugin_PreferredChannelConfigurations={0,1}, which I think means, zero input, one output, right? But removing JucePlugin_PreferredChannelConfigurations gave me two audio in and out pins to connect to.

Is this by intention?
