Adversarial nodes

Add malicious nodes with adversarial behaviour.
What should it be:

1. bad and malformed network packets. (via pubsub)
2. introduce forky chains onto the network and assert that all nodes follow canonical chain.
3. malformed p2p packets. (like hello, chainsync, etc).
