Plugin Request: A Workbook Create/Update Plugin #142

Platform did this ticket (https://github.com/FlatFilers/X/issues/4088) two weeks ago which allows you to update a workbook. Developers likely shouldn't have to think about when to create versus update. A plugin for creating/updating workbooks behind the scenes would help make this easier.
