After https://github.com/FlowCrypt/flowcrypt-browser/pull/4907 we have some unused code left: - `BACKEND_API_HOST` constant not needed anymore - `FlowCryptWebsite.url` is used only for retrieving user's public key URL, so can be simplified to `FlowCryptWebsite.pubKeyUrl`
