Ignore "ResizeObserver loop completed with undelivered notifications" errors

In our error reports I noticed a lot of errors with LIMITED_ERROR: ResizeObserver loop completed with undelivered notifications message. Haven't found any usage of ResizeObserver in our code, so probably this error can be just added to list of ignored messages, so it won't appear in error reports.
