Extending rich text editor

The rich text editor is very limited. Seems like there no way to upload/input images, or using heading tags like h2, h3 etc. Looked for a way to extend, edit or replace it but unfort. I didn't find a way.

Actual behavior

Expecting a better solution. FA is great, but the rich text editor is a huge red flag for us, we can't use FA if the rich text editor is on such level.
