[Bug] MacroPad config wrong values

Describe the Bug

1. framework/macropad/config.h states there are 8 columns and 4 rows on this matrix. This seems to be a leftover from the config it was based on.
2. As a result, the led_config_t g_led_config is also incorrect. I believe it should be

As a result of this issue, some LED patterns do not render correctly.
