Dnsmasqd container broken on ARM64

Running on a Pi 4, 4GB. Ubuntu 20.04, ARM64.

Interesting, I haven't tried dory out on ARM. I'm unsure why this wouldn't work but I can look into it. I don't have a Raspberry Pi to test on. Have you tried on any other ARM? It would also be good to know if it's reproducible on EC2 ARM64. I'll try to test it when I get some time, but if you happen to test it on EC2 that would be helpful :-)

I use GCP primarily, which doesn't have any ARM support :/ it does have Ryzen though. I may need to reactivate our AWS account lol. Poor docker image ARM support had been a sore point on the Pi's for a while... That's probably the issue, and will likely fail on EC2 Graviton2
