Launch new website and pages #1
Description
The first set of viewers for the website will be prospective speakers, advisory board, collaborators and planners. Secondly, we will recruit instructors and participants when we have the application ready.

Nicoleta will clone geohackweek and make a new Github site

Lily and Julia will make a new Freshwater webpage (will include link to Github event site)

Christina will make new CyberTraining repository in the HydroShare organization and start wiki with proposal text (switched to present tense)
