Auto admin

Enhance deployment to auto create admin user if none exist. 
Admin user credentials are provided via env vars. 
Token for admin user is automatically created.
Compute kernels can use admin user credentials to get token and then use token for requests. 
Documentation should be updated to reflect new workflows and env vars.
