Android APK not working with Android 12 and up

Transfering the mobile .apk from PC to Mobile was as regular, trying to Install it on the other hand is not, while trying to Download the apk my S23 is spitting out an Error "App not Installed as app isn't compatible with your Phone"

Surely it has to be the Android Version no? [S23 is on Android 14]

Tried it with 2 other phones, one with Android 12(Did not work either, instead of the Error mentioned above it just spits out "Error Unknown" and one with Android 11 works Perfectly fine.

Any workarounds without needing to Root the S23?
