add seaicethermo_import_rst and saltwater_import_rst to remap_restarts for lake/landice/saltwater

When coupled model runs with CICE6, there is a new restart seaicethermo_import_rst. remap_restarts should also regrid this file along with others, e.g. seaicethermo_internal_rst

@weiyuan-jiang, seaicetherom_import_rst is expected to be remapped in the same manner as seaicetherom_internal_rst.

@weiyuan-jiang, your PR didn't work. I have seaicethermo_import_rst in the input directory and after remap, there is no corresponding file in the output (others are remapped : openwater_internal, seaicethermo_internal, ...)

Also, I noticed another restart file, saltwater_import_rst, may also need to be remapped the same way as seaicethermo_import_rst.
