Does not account for Data Driven GOCART2G #302
Description
The Chemistry module assumes that if GOCART2G is running and HEMCO is running then HEMCO must be running the GOCART2G instance. But this is not the case when GOCART2G is working in the 'Data Driven' mode, and some other module is using HEMCO (for example, GMI). In this case a connectivity from HEMCO to GOCART2G, for a field like OC_ISOPRENE, will fail. Chemistry either needs to know when GOCART2G is running Data Driven, or it needs to know if HEMCO is running the GOCART2G instance. Then it can decide whether to add connectivities or not.
