Works extremely poorly on cvs files that span more than one screen

Title. The first page or so works fine, but the more you scroll, the messier it becomes.
The extension may add Inlay hints in the middle of values, seemingly at random, in way that renders columns uneven (even if they were even before!)

if you keep scrolling down, the number of inlay hints gradually reduces (even in lines that had some before), until it eventually renders no hints anymore, making the extension ineffective past a certain point

please fix, i was actually looking forward to using this
if i have time, i may take a look myself too

Hey @GDGiantDwarf can you install the new version 0.2.0 and see if it's working better on your end? I think it's largely fixed. The one thing I see that isn't working is that the sticky scroll top row of headers isn't working quite right, but I think everything else is looking pretty good!

I really like the idea of this extension, but I'm having similar issues.
After including the inlay hints snippet into my settings, which fixed some issues, now I'm left with this:

The file only has 202 lines in total, but is rather wide (has a lot of columns).

The rendering stops randomly in the middle of a line:

Sometimes when i scroll down, it seems to render a random block of lines in the middle of the file, but the rendering lasts only a few seconds.
