  • Don't start with "The phase1b R package": start with background of pacakge
  • Add literature references in the same style as in https://github.com/openpharma/savvyr/blob/main/DESCRIPTION#L19
• Add authors, confirm maintainer (might be Isaac)
• remove Remotes (not needed because roxytypes is on CRAN now)
