Create preliminary WRF Hydro domain for single catchment

At first, the geogrid.exe should be installed according to the instruction here and some files below from the croton example after installing the WRF-Hydro from here:

• CHANPARM.TBL
• GENPARM.TBL
• HYDRO.TBL
• MPTABLE.TBL
• SOILPARM.TBL

After that all the necessary files should be store in one folder, that folder includes:

• A folder of geogrid
• CHANPARM.TBL
• GENPARM.TBL
• HYDRO.TBL
• MPTABLE.TBL
• SOILPARM.TBL
• namelist.wps (A text file states all necessary variables for geogrid to create domain)

The example of namelist.wps is as below for Mataura River, New Zealand:

The script to produce domain after gathering all necessary data is (using LINUX and change the path into this folder to run the script: mpirun -np 2 ./wrf_hydro_NoahMP.exe >> run.log 2>&1.

The results will have two files: geo_em.d01.nc and geogrid.log. In that, geo_em.d01.nc is the domain.
