Problem after 1.18.0

Describe the bug
After 1.18.0 , the microphone doesn't work in room for the first time after host gives permission to user, they need to rejoin the room to turn on mic. Its a major bug. Kindly fix.

SDK version

• streamVideoAndroidUiCompose = "1.18.0"

Expected behavior
A user should be able to turn on the microphone after host gives permission.
