Differences between versions/files

Hello,

Thank you very much for the work and the assembly. I would like to ask if there is any difference (eg: sequence or structure difference) between the files available at NCBI GenBank and the ones sent by email once you fill the form (GIUNTAlab_RPE1V1.1.gz) for the version 1.1.
