Remote stream interrupt after 1 second

Hi,
I try the app demo for android webrtc , the test was fine for tablet localrender and remote render but when I test to render remote stream for samsoung j5. the local stream is shown ok but the remote stream show only for 1 second and I have only a fixed image in remote render.
the connection is established and i receive video stream in videotrack but video interrupt in remoterender i need help please.

I got the same behaviour even using my own Xirxys servers, I need to broadcast audio from the Web Interface to Android devices, but insted I got a connection for a couple of seconds with just video that freezes and no audio at all. @GleasonK any thoughts?
