Glimpse v2 Client - Repository moved temp #69

For anyone watching the development on the v2 branch, I've just shifted it to https://github.com/avanderhoorn/Glimpse.Client.Prototype. This change has been made to better manage the issues and discussions, and better facilitate tracking and other like concerns.
When making this change, I've also been thinking about the way the v2 client is evolving. It isn't semantically the next version of the same code base, it is a very different product. Additionally, when Glimpse vNext is getting closer to being shipped, this repository will be "archived" as the v1 client, so that it can still be maintained/tracked by people stuck on v1.
This move is temporary and will be "tranfered" back to the Glimpse org as soon as we figure out the right granularity of repositories for the new codebase. This transfer should mean that any discussion, pull requests, etc should be brought across as well.
In line with the above I have deleted the v2 branch from this repository, so anyone doing any work against that branch will need to switch which repo they are tracking - all commit history has been maintained.
