This may sound ambitious, but Greentea OS seeks for funding.
Greentea OS development is heavily constrained by available personal time of the contributors.
We have clear opportunity to hire full-time developers, and you may help with that by joining https://www.patreon.com/PeyTy or by other means of donation.
There is not intention to make money from this project, because programmers don't have a problem to find a good job per se. It's just your way of saying "I want you to work specifically on Greentea OS".
Good developer starts from $1000 per month depending on skill and country (for simple tasks, $2000+ for more complex ones).
