Fix incorrect autorotation of input

Hello. I recently Installed Kubuntu 22.04.1 with screen rotator on a HP Elitebook x360 1030 G4. The screen rotates, however, the mouse input does not rotate. The touchpad and the touchscreen rotate fine with the screenrotator app. I tried a suggested fix in here which said to delete line 176 on rotateinput.cpp, which fixed and rotated the mouse input, but then the touchscreen and touchpad will not rotate. Is there anyway to make the mouse input rotate?
