Add a screen that allows modifying a tag's properties, such as name, start/end date/time, and warnOnDuplicates flag
Consider bundling #14 into this and adding a soft-delete option (perhaps limited to admins only; see #58) for tags (i.e., add a deleted_at property to the schema)
