Streaming directly can be long to start

If you click on play before downloading the enclosure the player will open and start streaming. With a slow connexion MediaPlayer will start with no window and may take a while to display something.
Consequence is that the user may not notice it and thinking it doesn't work, will start to download the enclosure making things even slower and messy.
Maybe add an option to always download first.
Another option, if possible, would be to start downloading and start streaming from the incomplete downloaded file. In this case, after playing, ask user if they want to keep the file or not.
