Daisy input cleanup bits

The hebi-ros-daisy repo uses relatively recent version of the C++ mobile I/O input wrapper; this allows us to call functions like `setSnap` when configuring the mobile I/O device.  We should port the changes from that repo into here, and wrap the `MobileIO` wrapper class instead of a `group` in the mobile IO input class for Daisy.
