exclude binary corrupted pre opening port content

first data is most of the time corrupted right after opening the serial port

it's complex because filtering the printable characters does not remove the gibberich

discarding the first port read still has an issue, port unreadable any more

So funny, it was working but the printf does not flush immidiatly unless you have a new line
