Repeated BCI schedule classes

We currently have two classes referring to the same construct.

1. BCI schedule of delivery (BCIO:008500): A that is its temporal organisation
2. behaviour change intervention schedule of delivery (BCIO:009000): A BCI attribute that involves its temporal organisation.

BCIO:008500 is used in the schedule ontology spreadsheet and BCIO:009000 is used in the upper-level spreadsheet. They are also referred to with different labels in the schedule and upper-level papers. I would recommend keeping BCIO:008500, because it has two sub-classes.
