DPVP: Rename Harbor events #21
Description
In 2024, people refer to the harbors as "small" and "large" rather than DPVP's "A" and "B".
HoRRoRiST requested on the umod discord that the config file be updated to use these modern designations.
This will require figuring out how to migrate the existing events' settings so that they don't get lost.
