[FEATURE] Add labels or description to toggle staking button to GUI wallet

When you open latest GUI wallet and you plan to stake hydra, there is a toggle button to enable/disable staking.
This button does not have any labels, or description, or help, or field level help, or help when you hover over button, or anything.

We have to improve user experience by adding some description to this very important button, so that users know what this button is used to.

Repro steps:
1, Open GUI wallet
2, Go to "Stake" tab
3, Try to get any help what the only toggle button is used to
