为什么Fabric区块的block header没有默克尔根

在很多区块链技术平台中，区块数据结构中区块头都有默克尔根数据项，这一数据项很重要，但Fabric区块的block header中却没有默克尔根。这是为什么？

在寻找这个答案的过程中我找到了一些别的Hyperledger项目咨询，暂且在这个地方存一下

Sawtooth keeps track of the context of each transaction as they are executed and at the end of a block, produces a merkle hash representing final state of the merkle-radix tree.

我的理解里面Fabric不是靠Merkle Tree的哈希校验来保证 Immutable 特性的，所以没有关系也不大。 不过可能让设计者来回答更好一点。
