Searchbar should add search clause on brother search

Description

Viewpoint is not provided by search bar, so we can't process search suggestion as "brother element".

What is the valuable outcome that cannot be achieved because of this bug?

To have the same behavior as the topics selection (in the aside element).

For which stakeholder (people, role, project, domain) is it important?

For everyone.

Reproduction scenario

1. Search "XIXe s." with the search bar
2. Search "XVIe s." with the search bar

Expected behavior

The two elements should be in the same clause.
