Detailed documentation of elastic_properties #135
Description
The elastic_properties section(s), in particular for the blade, is probably the section that is most challenging to convert to/from specific tools. We therefore need to document this in high detail. We can probably borrow from OpenFAST and other aeroelastic tool docs, but I think it's important to not just refer to e.g. OpenFAST but actually describe things in windIO terms accompanied with schematics.
We probably need help from the developers of the various aeroelastic codes out there to get this done right.
