MC3 issues (duplicate events inserted from SC3)

the seiscomp2mc3.pl module inserts duplicate events in MC3 files. Problem detected by A. Andrieu/OVSM.

It was due to ISO character encoding in MC3 files, and the use of grep. Option -a solved the problem. Thanks to Arnaud.
