Overlay scroll position sample does not correctly reflect the "Close" option

1. Go to: https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/overlay-scroll#scroll-strategies-1
2. Select "Close"
3. Scroll down

Overlay should close, but instead it just moves to the side.
