[Language] Implement a check for missing translations and show a hint to the user

If the user is in the options view there should be an information that some translations are missing in the current used language if this is the case. Check the translations for empty strings. They indicate missing translations.

Maybe add an optional posibility to give an link to the translation strings when registering a new resource.
