Entity Page Redesign

• look into implementing stacked view (latency and median latency band is on a different chart above the AP Packet loss chart) versus Overlay View with latency, median latency, and AP Packet Loss combined in one chart (this is the current view) (would also be implemented on Internet Connectivity chart) --- look for existing code - Arvin Poddar
• signal connectivity selector (would also be implemented on Internet connectivity chart)

• Remove gap at top to match the overall outage page spacing

• fix the spacing for the new signal selection so that it doesn't hit up against the new Overlay View button.

• work on implementing the tabbed view of regional outage and ASN/ISP outages that usually appear below in a table and behind the Raw Signal Button

• change "Regional Outages" to "Regional Outages Related to [country/region/ASN/ISP in url]
• change "ASN/ISP Outages" to "ASN/ISP Outages Related to [country/region/ASN/ISP in url]
• at ASN/ISP level instead of ASN/ISP Outages it will be "Country Outages Related to AS...."
• add the outage tabs to the url

• Reduce the length of the Alert/ Event panel so that it matches the length of the Internet connectivity timeseries panel (this will introduce the gray background color next to the Active Probing Latency and Loss Rate dataseries
