callback agent state not updated with Asternic state lite real time page

I use asternic state lite versionwith call center module issabel :
the stat of callback agent with call ring is ok but no outgoing , or incall stat is stay always on live

when i use a static agent at queue configuration all real time stat are updated

any help plz

I found solution the name of callback agent , issabel call center must be in this format SIP/$ext

$ext = calbackagent id
