agent console not refreshing even after the call arrives #51

Dear,
i'am facing a problem of agent console not refreshing even after the call arrives on the softphone. But the page is refreshed after manual refresh. What may be the issue?
all configuration is ok but refreshing not work when call is answered by callback agent
