Can not delete & Scan is slow

Since the update to version alpha1 from 3.8.0 I can not delete files in the app.

So I downgraded to the old version and it works fine. Furthermore I noticed the old version scans much faster.

My phone is Fairphone 3 with /e/os 1.18s (Android 12)
