Edit PDF

Hi,

 I am trying to use your code to edit PDF format (Documents), it really fits well but the fields are not allowed to be edited, also the fields come out for editing outside the form. This happens to me with my PDF and yours from the Example.
Please I would appreciate if you could help me.
