Channels Tiers are displayed as `Verification pending`

Describe the bug

In studio creators who has Gold/Silver tiers see this - Verification pending

These creators can apply to the YPP program again, which could create an overhaul for our YPP verification team. (and some of them already doing this)

Expected behavior

A correct tier should be displayed;
Creator should not be allowed to apply to YPP again.
