Evaluate first successful swarm training

The first swarm training involving the entire consortium has succeeded (i.e. finished without crashing). We want to evaluate the convergence according to the logs received for further model (performance) improvement.

• create overview plot for all sites (parsed from training logs)
• compare to corresponding local trainings
