photos for collections and sites #175
Description
Need to support photos of sites and collections. Currently lacking an editor for both these entities, photos can be added at the same time.
Photo index could be different or use the same with fields for sitecode and collection (name) - and add to index.
Alos photos cannot be edited (text , photographer) or deleted
Should be able to drive this from the model
