[Bug]: Missing Branding Storage and Management System for Association Customization

Describe the bug
The current system lacks infrastructure to store and manage association-specific branding assets and customizations. There's no dedicated storage, versioning, or organization-specific configuration management to support the custom branding feature required for the MVP.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to upload custom branding assets for an association
2. Try to set organization-specific color schemes and UI configurations
3. Look for storage locations and configuration tables for branding assets
4. Notice that necessary storage mechanisms and configuration tables are missing

Expected behavior
The system should have proper storage for brand assets (logos, images, styling files) and configuration tables to store UI customization settings per organization, with appropriate versioning and inheritance capabilities.

Additional context

• CDN integration for efficient delivery of branding assets to end users
