Duplicate Config Values #12
Description
The config file seems to have everything in there twice, perhaps the old and new configs? Potion effects, enchantments, etc.
It doesn't seem to actually READ the second options, but knowing which ones to change isn't easy since they seem to be scattered all over the config file.
