Data locations #12
Description
It would be nice to have a json/txt file or similar that is loaded in the beginning of the notebooks that specifies base_dir. So that this can also be run easily from a different computer or a different account, or if the letter H changes for the drive for example. It would also be good to have all that data on H: somewhere more central so that we can access it without remoting.

\lebsrv2.epfl.ch\LEB_SHARED\SHARED_Scientific projects\DeepLearning_DM_WS
or you make a new folder under
\lebsrv2.epfl.ch\LEB_SHARED\SHARED_Scientific projects
Or a new folder here:
\lebnas1.epfl.ch\microsc125\
