Check rebind-keys script

This works just fine on the desktop, on the laptop though something is different. The `capsLock` tricks are working only when I run the program manually, which is a problem, because the script was run before, therefore we end up with polluted `shift` keys.

There seems to be some sort of `lag` or whatever. Maybe just try to sleep for a little before the script runs.
