Description
What needs to be done?
We need to introduce a dedicated infra/ folder to house infrastructure-related configuration and manifests. This will help separate application code from deployment and environment concerns, making the repository easier to navigate, maintain, and extend.
The infra/ directory should contain all manifests and configuration required to deploy and operate the project across environments (local, staging, production), following existing conventions and best practices.
