Remove reference to LCM Scaffold in .mannequin.php

The "advanced" `/.mannequin.php` file references the LCM Drupal Scaffold example as a "simpler example" for use with Drupal. This is an issue since LCM Drupal Scaffold will no longer be maintained. 

We could provide an example in this repo in `/src/foo/demo` (?)
